This Guarantee Statement provides benefits to clients who purchase products from MEHEN.

Effective Date of Guarantee Service
The guarantee time becomes effective on the date of delivery from China port indicated on Bill of Loading. Please keep the proof of Commercial Invoice and the filled guarantee form in a safe place to ensure guarantee cover. The guarantee can not be carried out without proof of purchase.

Before service can take place you must fill out the guarantee card with the machine’s serial number and your contact informaiton. Please send the guarantee card to service@mehen.com and we will confirm it is effective within 24 hours after we receive your email.

Guarantee Coverage and Duration
The product manufactured by Mehen is guaranteed against the whole machine in spare parts for 14 calendar months (cover the maximum 2 months shipping time )and against motor and compressor for 26 calendar months ( cover the maximum 2 months shipping time) from the date indicated on Bill of Loading subject to the following conditions and exceptions.

Products received the guarantee service can still enjoy this service during original guarantee period or in 90 days from the day of guarantee service (30 days for compressor and motor). Consumers have the right to choose longer period to be covered with this service.

How to Claim from MEHEN?
During the period of guarantee service, MEHEN will take the responsibility if any components of the unit which are proved to be faulty or defective in manufacture.
Please refer to the following steps to make a claim from MEHEN.

Inform the defect or problems of machine together with Guarantee Card copy

Show evidence of defect by photos or vedio.

Mehen will reply to you in 24 hours with proposal to handle problem.

If any components or spare parts are proved to be failure, Mehen alway solves this problems in two ways.
Firstly, we can send spare parts or components free of charge and free of transportation fee.
Secondly, on the permission of MEHEN, our customer can buy the components in local market if it is more convenient , and we can cover and transfer the material cost.

In any situation as following, the products will not enjoy the free gurantee service.

A) Damages or defects caused not related to the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Including but not limited to consumers’ improper operation without following instructions on the manual: dismantle and install the machine without instruction; consumer's improper storage of the products, erosion and corrosion caused by leakage of liquid or the food, etc.

B) Natural wear and tear: Including but not limited to outer cover, keyboard, protecting film of display screen, blade, belt etc.

C) Unclear sequence number and bar code caused of removed , amended or damaged.

D) Repaired or modified without technician assigned by MEHEN or approved by MEHEN.

Others
Consumer can enjoy free guarantee service in compliance with the articles stipulated in these statements. All quality problems occurred during guarantee period should refer to these statements. MEHEN will not take any responsibility for consumers' direct or indirect losses.
